From intention to geometry

CAD

Validated designs move into CAD. Design intent and artistic direction are engineered into production-ready geometry, from the first volume to the final assembly drawing.

01 / How we work

Production-ready
engineering

CAD translates validated designs into production-ready geometry. Every volume, proportion, and detail is engineered for manufacture, with assemblies, tolerances, and stone settings resolved before production.

Models become technical documentation, manufacturing drawings, and CNC-ready files. The result is a consistent workflow from design intent to workshop execution.

I

3D Modelling

SolidWorks, Matrix, and ZBrush translate desired volumes into production-ready geometry. Stone settings, wall thicknesses, and clearances are defined directly in the model.

II

Upstream Engineering

Technical requirements are resolved before production begins. Assemblies, thicknesses, stone settings, and critical dimensions are fixed to ensure consistent manufacturing.

III

Technical Drawings

Elevations, sections, stone layouts, and assembly drawings. Manufacturing documentation defines tolerances, stone settings, metal weights, and every specification required for production.

IV

Jigs & Fixtures

CAD also designs the manufacturing fixtures, posages in workshop vocabulary, that hold, position and support each piece during production, so every operation repeats with the same accuracy.

V

Release & Handover

Production files released to CNC, stone setting, and the workshop. One technical reference keeps design intent, engineering, and manufacturing aligned from first model to final assembly.

Keep exploring

End-to-end under a single roof: 8 divisions, each available standalone or as part of a full-piece development.

04 / Across the group

Applied across
the Savoir-Faire

The same teams and the same standard serve watchmaking, jewellery and, in time, objects.
