Machine accuracy defines every stage of production. From simple geometries to complex forms, across gold, platinum, titanium, steel, and brass, every component is manufactured to exacting tolerances.
01 / How we work
CNC machining prepares complex geometries for the stages that follow. Stone-setting seats, surfaces, and critical details are defined with precision to ensure consistent execution.
High-accuracy machining preserves the intended lines, volumes, and edges of each piece. This foundation allows finishing and setting operations to follow the original design with maximum control.
A team of 5 programmers prepares toolpaths in CAD/CAM software, including GibbsCAM. Each machining strategy is adapted to the material, part complexity and required level of finish.
Gold, platinum, titanium, steel, and brass are part of daily production. Materials such as meteorite, wood, and mother-of-pearl are machined with processes adapted to their unique characteristics.
A fleet of 16 machines, mainly 5-axis, cuts complex geometries. Parts are produced one by one or fed from bar, for regularity and efficiency.
Mechanised stone-setting preparation on complex surfaces. Seats machined to precise dimensions and regular geometries for the stone setters who work on the piece next.
Parts leave the machine with a refined as-machined finish, preserving the intended lines, volumes, and edges. Each component is verified before moving to setting and finishing.
